📝 Abstract

Background: Public health initiatives play a crucial role in improving health outcomes, yet they face diverse challenges depending on socioeconomic contexts. Objective: This study aims to evaluate the impact of socioeconomic factors on the effectiveness of public health initiatives in both urban and rural settings. Methods: We conducted a cross-sectional analysis utilizing data from health surveys and socioeconomic reports across Bangladesh, Costa Rica, and the United States. We employed statistical tools to analyze the correlation between socioeconomic indicators and health outcomes. Findings: Results indicate that urban settings, despite having better infrastructure, often experience disparities in health outcomes due to economic inequalities. Conversely, rural settings face challenges related to limited access to healthcare resources and education, impacting the efficacy of health initiatives. Conclusion: The study highlights the necessity for tailored public health strategies that address specific socioeconomic barriers within different communities to enhance the overall effectiveness of healthcare delivery.
