The aim of this paper is to apply endoscopic diagnosis in the maintenance of the state of marine gas turbines M8G to the patrol boat P-33. The methodology of endoscopic diagnosis of the ship gas turbine M8G on the patrol boat is defined and presented, with the possibility of applying for a reliable and efficient diagnosis of other complex technical systems.
The methodology is achieved by the use of modern technical solutions of diagnostics and measurement techniques with the use of measurement equipment from the company OLYMPUS.
In addition to defining the methodology of endoscopic diagnosis of the object of research, an analysis of influential factors with the proposed methods for the future maintainance is presented. The results of endoscopic diagnostics are used for performance verification and assessment of the situation in relation to the reference data of producers.
