📝 Abstract

In recent years, e-learning has emerged as a transformative approach in higher education, offering flexibility and accessibility to learners worldwide. This study aims to investigate the efficacy of interactive e-learning platforms across different cultural contexts. By employing a mixed-methods approach, the research combines quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews with students and educators from Spain, Croatia, and Malaysia. The findings indicate that cultural factors significantly influence the adoption and effectiveness of e-learning strategies. Spanish students showed a preference for collaborative tools, while Croatian students valued gamified elements. Malaysian students, on the other hand, appreciated the flexibility of mobile learning options. The study concludes that tailoring e-learning platforms to culturally specific learning preferences can enhance student engagement and educational outcomes. These insights can guide educators in designing more effective e-learning environments, ultimately contributing to the advancement of global education standards.
