📝 Abstract
In modern software engineering, the integration of Agile and DevOps practices has been touted as a means of enhancing software development efficiency. This paper explores the synergy between these methodologies, aiming to identify strategies for optimizing collaborative workflows. The objective of this study is to analyze the impact of integrating Agile's iterative development and DevOps' continuous delivery principles on team productivity and software quality. We deployed a mixed-method approach, employing both qualitative case studies and quantitative performance metrics, across different software development teams in varying organizational contexts. Our findings suggest that the hybrid approach notably improves communication, accelerates product delivery, and enhances software adaptability compared to traditional methods. However, challenges such as scalability and tool integration remain prevalent. The conclusion highlights the potential of Agile and DevOps as complementary forces in the software industry, advocating for a tailored implementation to suit specific organizational needs. Future research should focus on developing scalable frameworks that address integration challenges while maximizing the benefits of both practices.
