📝 Abstract
E-learning has evolved significantly with the integration of adaptive learning technologies, which cater to diverse learning needs. This study examines the impact of these technologies on student performance and engagement in multicultural educational settings. The objective was to determine how adaptive learning tools can enhance learning outcomes in environments with varied cultural backgrounds. A mixed-methods approach was employed, leveraging quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews with students from three international universities. The findings indicate that adaptive learning technologies significantly improve engagement and comprehension, particularly in culturally diverse classrooms. Enhanced personalization and feedback mechanisms were identified as key contributors to these improvements. The study concludes that integrating adaptive tools into e-learning platforms offers substantial benefits, fostering an inclusive and effective learning experience. Further research is suggested to explore the long-term impact and scalability of such technologies in global educational contexts.
