The objectives of this study were to present the B-mode ultrasonographic technical appearance and measurement of the deep digital flexor tendon structure forelimb in the Kurdish horse. Tendons are important organs in musculoskeletal system that which movement of bones and muscles. One of these tendons is deep digital flexor tendon in forelimb of horse that survey structure and normal of this tendon is very important in clinical tests. Injuries in this tendon that is called tendonitis that occasionally cause bow view in limb. The most incident site of damage is in middle metacarpal area that is B–level. Ultrasound is a valuable method in diagnosis of natural structures, tendonitis and other diseases of tendons. In ultrasonographic study of deep digital flexor tendon in B metacarpal level of Kurdish horses, average of measurements in short axis view was 8.816± 0.18 mm and in longitudinal view was 8.808± 0.14 mm.
