Partnership parenting has the main objective to review the attitudes about the role of common and shared responsibility of both parents in the process of raising and education of children. Because the child needs the influence of both parents, parenting partnership is important in the case of divorce, because regardless of the separation of parents it is necessary to preserve the joint educational responsibility. In order to understand the essence of the problem we are dealing with in this paper, it is necessary first of all to introduce certain theoretical approaches to family and family education, as well as the possible consequences on the psyche and the child\'s development leave some family relations and educational practices. At the end of this paper, the main ideas and findings of the, executed research will be exposed. A special part of the paper is the research on the most common reasons for punishment and reward of children.
