📝 Abstract

Innovation has become a driving force for the growth and success of governments and businesses; focusing not only on creating new products, systems, and markets to change competitors or customers. Innovation is not only important for industry, but also for advanced military education. The present study describes a model to rank suitable innovative military education criteria for high military education using a fuzzy (choquet) integral. In military education, the ranking of supposed criteria can be used for adjusting allocated resources to a military education system to follow defined innovation objectives. An army staff education system is selected as the target education center for this study. The research focuses on ranking criteria that are expected to be the results of an innovative education system, such as responsibility, war game learning, and problem solving.
