📝 Abstract
One of dimensions of employee’s management effectiveness is making employees engaged at work. Employees\' personality type seems to be influential in their work engagement. However, personality influence on engagement is moderated by moderating variables. Researchers believe that “employee silence” can moderate the relationship between employees\' personality and their work engagement. The present study has employed a quantitative research using a correlation strategy. The data were collected by questionnaires and analyzed SPSS Software to test research hypotheses. The results indicated that in organizations that employees remain silent, conscientious and extrovert are less likely to develop work engagement. In contrast, people with neuroticism personality are more engaged in their work within such organizations.
