๐ Abstract
Environment is one of the fundamental issues of a country without which we cannot live and it guides our sustainability. Thatโs why, there are some protection measures under the constitutional law. In fact, constitution covers every single issues including the fundamental rights, state policy, stateโs organs of a country and it is treated as guidelines and supreme law of the land. It is provided in the different constitutions around the world that every citizen shall have a fundamental duty to protect and improve the natural environment including the forests, lakes, rivers and wildlife and to have compassion for living creatures etc. In In Nepal, there are some new directive principles under the State Policy relating to the preservation of the environment. It is stated that reduce those activities that bears adverse impact on environment due to physical development activities. Malaysian constitution doesnโt have any direct provisions for protecting the environemnt but there are some guidelines and classifications in this regard. Bangladesh, India, New Zealand, Canada etc; also passed some important laws for protecting their environemnt but there are some limitations in this regard. However, this study intends to evaluate the green education under the different constitutional laws focusing on Middle East as well as some South Asian countries around the world consisting of at least 25 respondents in the different categories at UKM.
