A new fuzzy based thresholding method is introduced in this paper. Although there are numerous thresholding algorithms, there ain’t a specific algorithm for cervical cytology images. Many existing algorithms segment either blob or mosaic images. There ain’t any algorithm that can do both. In this paper we have addressed these problems and hence designed a unique thresholding purpose.
