The contemporary global world is becoming very stressful with the fast changing Information and Communication Technology (ICT). Therefore the pressures of ICT create technostress among employees. So, it demands a positive emotional and physiological response towards the new technologies. Technostress can reduce employee productivity and create dissonance in the work environment, costing employer’s time and money. This study emphasizes the impact of Technostress on Job satisfaction among academicians in India. This study shows a negative impact of different factors of Technostress on job satisfaction.
