📝 Abstract

This study evaluated the response of the subcutaneous connective tissue of locally injected egg shell and egg shell membrane . The research protocol was approved by the Research Ethics Committee of veterinary medicine Collegue, Shahrekord Branch ,Islamic Azad University . All the experiments were carried out in accordance to the rules of Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC).\nThe rat (18) received polyethylene tube implants with the materials, thereby forming 3 groups, as follows: I- II- III: for 7- 14 and 21days, respectively; . The biopsied tissues were submitted to histological analysis (collagen fiber formation, tissue thickness and inflammatory infiltrate). Result show that egg shell after injected to locally in connective tissue has low inflammation after 21 days . Also Egg shell membrane had different response in co nnective tissue in all days.
