Citizens have an important role in making decisions on approval of environmental terms, the implementation of projects / investments, be they public or private. Public media are determined by the importance and complexity. Currently, in Romania the public consultation techniques used are: written information, public debate, referendum, in exceptional circumstances that require this method.
