📝 Abstract

Load sharing is an important task that has to be carried out by converter at every instant of time. In this paper a converter topology has been proposed which shares the load (Non Linear) at different time interval i.e. according to the mechanical load connected to the shaft. In the Proposed Converter, three Switches are connected in parallel (Boost topology) to a single battery source and it operates by means of interleaving concept. According to the load current the switches will share the duty cycle. Due to the sharing, since it is used as interfacing circuit between load and source, it reduces the voltage dump and reduces switching losses. Here the load is four quadrant chopper fed Dc series motor. The converter is proposed for Solar Drive.
