📝 Abstract
The concept of sustainable development has received growing recognition. If sustainable development is to achieve its potential, it must be integrated into the planning and production systems of business enterprises. The quality revolution that took place in manufacturing companies in the 1980s offers parallels that can help corporate decision-makers understand and address sustainability challenges. Quality initiatives were initially viewed by most companies as nothing more than an added cost — something to be tacked onto the end of existing manufacturing systems to prevent low-quality products from reaching customers. This paper discuss relationship between quality management practice and provides an insight into Business Sustainability through Quality
