The main goal of this research is \"researching about influential factors on effecting SHAHED and ISARGAR students of SEMNAN Province University. This research is in the form of descriptive surveying in this functional goal and collection of information. Durability of questioners is reached by accounting cronbach Alpha accounting to 0.918 for approving reliability questioner after distribution of 30 questioners’ and collection of data with attention to Likert spectrum.\nIn this project\' statistical society includes all of shahed and Isargars students of SEMNAN stat\'s university. on the basis of statistical society of 1156 ones among Shahed and Isargar which are studying SEMNAN province universities, at last, 291 ones of sample are needed and Eventually, 331 ones are selected as researched sample with supposing 15% probability of not returning of questionnaire. Meanwhile ,considered sample is selected among researched society with consideration of equal access to all of mentioned student instate (with respect to collaboration of stat\'s shahed institute ) by simple random sampling method.\nThe results of this research show that status of constituents of universities’ professional ,contents of educational programs , educational material and methods, technical skills constituents and economic constituents are weak in the light of researched sample . On the basis of research results, it is suggested that the necessary action should be done for improving the situation of researcher’s main constituents and making changes in educational programs in universities .
