📝 Abstract

The development of modern society is challenging each person to meet the requirements of modern civilization. However, the international educational and socialization processes cannot adequately meet the requirements that representatives of a nation are facing. As a result, there is a need to simultaneously use both national and global requirements imposed on an individual. In this case, the views of our ancestors on the personality and its development are of paramount importance. In this article, we set ourselves the task to analyze the views on the formation of a specialist’s personality in the heritage of the great scholars of the Middle Ages such as Al-Farabi, Yusuf Balasaguni, Mahmud al-Kashgari, etc. We have also made an attempt to show the effectiveness of their ideas in modern practice and prove their relevance in the present moment.
