Abstra?t: Optimization of Kazakhstan’s government bodies functioning is one of the most important tasks of public management system modernization which is now carried out in the country.
Over the last years the problem of public management efficiency degradation became more complicated for further promotion of economic and social reforms in Kazakhstan. Integrated reforming of Kazakhstan’s management system is necessary for improvement of the public management efficiency. Such reforming assumes carrying out structural reforms of public authorities that will also clarify new role of the state and new state tasks for countries with economy in transition. Government’s functional analysis fulfills one of the most important roles in this process. Within research: “Definition of effective statutory and regulatory, methodological and organizational measures directed toward improvement of management and work management quality in government bodies” authors of this article got a scientific investigation of current methodological framework of functional analysis of Kazakhstan’s government bodies activity. Results of the research revealed necessity for its further development.
